Return and Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) to us for a refund within the following timeframes:

– In store: 30 days from date of purchase

– Online: 30 days from date of receipt

We’re able to accept your item(s) for a refund based on the following conditions:

– Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise;

– The item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with original tags intact.

Exceptions to our returns policy
Our returns policy does not apply to the following items:

– Due to health reasons underwear or undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

– Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks are unable to be returned or exchanged unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

RETURNS BY POST
Return your online purchase by post free of charge for a limited time. This applies to online orders delivered to an Australian address only. Steps to return your item(s):

– Send an email to info@dhakajeans.com with your full name, order number. You’ll then receive a reply-paid label from us.

– Fill in the Returns Form you received in your original parcels and place this inside the parcel with the item(s) to be returned.

– Ensure the return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender’s address and the DHAKA JEANS online return address is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

If you would like your item(s) exchanged, please head into any one of our DHAKA JEANS retail stores.

Important Information:

– Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt of parcel however, please note it can take up to 7 business days for your funds to appear in your account.

RETURNS TO STORE
You can also return your purchase to DHAKA JEANS retail store for an exchange or refund. Simply bring your invoice or order confirmation email, credit card you paid with and a valid form of ID.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

– Unfortunately, online Afterpay orders cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe you’ve received faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please email us with the details and photos if these are available. Upon inspection of the photos, we’ll send you a reply-paid returns label for the merchandise to be returned to us if there’s a genuine manufacturing fault or if a dispatch error has occurred. If you require more information about this process, please contact our Customer Service team.
