Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied you can return your item(s) to us for a refund within the following timeframes-

  • In store: 30 days from date of purchase
  • Online: 30 days from date of receipt.
  • We’re able to accept your item(s) for a refund based on the following conditions:
  • Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
  • The item(s) is/are unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with original tags intact.

 

Exceptions to our returns policy:

  • Our returns policy does not apply to the following items:-
  • Due to health reasons underwear or undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks are unable to be returned or exchanged unless exhibiting a genuine manufacturing fault.

 

RETURNS BY POST:

Return your online purchase by post free of charge for a limited time. This applies to online orders delivered to an Australian address only. Steps to return your item(s):

  •  Send an email to info@dhakajeans.com with your full name, order number.  You’ll then receive a reply-paid label from us.

  •  Fill in the Returns Form you received in your original parcels and place this inside the parcel with the item(s) to be returned.

  • Ensure the return parcel is securely packaged and both the sender’s address and the DHAKA JEANS online return address is clearly visible on the outside of the parcel.

  • If you would like your item(s) exchanged, please head into any one of our DHAKA JEANS retail stores. 

Important Information:

  • Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible upon receipt of parcel however, please note it can take up to 7 business days for your funds to appear in your account.

RETURNS TO STORE:

  • You can also return your purchase to DHAKA JEANS retail store for an exchange or refund. Simply bring your invoice or order confirmation email, credit card you paid with and a valid form of ID. 

  • Individual store hours and locations are available on our website here.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES:

Unfortunately, online Afterpay orders cannot be exchanged or refunded in-store.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you believe you’ve received faulty, damaged or incorrect items, please email us with the details and photos if these are available. Upon inspection of the photos, we’ll send you a reply-paid returns label for the merchandise to be returned to us if there’s a genuine manufacturing fault or if a dispatch error has occurred.
